Important Disclaimers — Please Read:
Fundeable is a technology platform, not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, merchant banker, or legal services provider. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or legal advice. Matching startups with investors is a technology-assisted introduction service only. Users must conduct their own independent due diligence and consult licensed professionals before making any investment or legal decisions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using fundeable.in ("the Platform"), creating an account, submitting an application, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fundeable Technologies Private Limited ("Fundeable", "we", "us"), governed by the laws of India.

2. Platform Description and Disclaimers

Fundeable provides a technology platform that:

  • Enables startup founders to create profiles and apply for ecosystem access
  • Enables investors, advisors, and partners to register and receive profile-reviewed introductions
  • Provides document templates (NDAs, term sheets, cap table tools) as starting-point templates only — these are not legal advice and are not drafted by or under the supervision of a licensed advocate unless explicitly stated
  • Provides AI-assisted tools for pitch review, matching, and compliance workflows
No Investment Advice: Fundeable does not recommend any investment. Investor matching is based on stated preferences and profile data only — it does not constitute a recommendation to invest. All investment decisions are solely the responsibility of the investor.

No Legal Advice: Document templates generated on this platform do not constitute legal advice. All generated documents should be reviewed by a licensed advocate (enrolled with the Bar Council of India) before execution.

No Guarantee of Outcome: Fundeable does not guarantee that any startup will successfully raise capital, that any investor will find suitable investments, or that any introduction will result in a transaction.

Startup profiles described as "profile-reviewed" means that our team has reviewed the submitted information for completeness — it does not constitute due diligence, verification of financial claims, or an endorsement of the startup's viability.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law
  • You must provide accurate and complete information in your profile and application
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One account per person or legal entity. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice
  • Investors must be accredited or otherwise legally permitted to invest in early-stage companies under applicable Indian law

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through our payment gateway partner.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder 7 days before renewal for annual plans.

The Fundraise plan (₹24,999 + 4% success fee) and advisory platform fees (10% of advisory fees/equity facilitated) are charged as platform facilitation fees. These are separate from any transaction between a founder and investor/advisor and do not imply any regulated brokerage or intermediary activity.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no further charges will be made
  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where Fundeable fails to deliver the service as described

Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual plans may be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no significant use of the platform has occurred
  • Cancellations after 7 days but before 6 months: eligible for a 50% pro-rata refund of the unused period
  • Cancellations after 6 months: no refund; access continues until the end of the annual period

One-Time Fees

  • One-time fees (e.g. Incorporation at ₹15,000, Fundraise at ₹24,999) are non-refundable once work has commenced
  • If work has not commenced within 14 days of payment, a full refund may be requested

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@fundeable.in with your registered email, order ID, and reason for the refund request. We will acknowledge within 48 hours and process eligible refunds within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile or application
  • Use the platform to solicit investments in violation of SEBI regulations or any applicable securities law
  • Share another user's confidential information (including pitch decks, financial data) outside the platform without their consent
  • Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid applicable fees after being introduced through Fundeable
  • Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or harvest data from the platform
  • Engage in any activity that constitutes market manipulation, fraud, or money laundering

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, content, and AI models are the intellectual property of Fundeable Technologies Private Limited. You retain ownership of the data and documents you submit. By submitting, you grant Fundeable a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your submitted data to provide the platform services described in these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

  • Fundeable's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim
  • Fundeable is not liable for any investment loss, loss of business opportunity, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated matches, document templates, or platform content
  • Fundeable is not liable for the conduct, representations, or defaults of any startup, investor, advisor, or partner introduced through the platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law including the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

10. Termination

Fundeable may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, provide false information, or engage in prohibited activities. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable. On termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 9) shall do so.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
